Hi guys I'm competing for the first time in May. Dieting is goin well but was thinking of using t3 and clen for last few weeks for that extra fat burn... I've used clen before but not t3. I have 30 t3 pills @ 0.25 mgs per pill... Do I taper up and down or just down?? Also what is max dose before shredding mg hard earned muscle? Cheers
