Well I just want to let people know how Im doing. Im doing 150 mcg's of T3 daily. I lost 5 pounds. Im one week into the t3 cycle. Any suggestions?

T3 by itself will cause u to drop weight --- because its eating everythign in sight - fat & muscle. Generally its used w/ an AS cycle so the AS can preserve the muscle. I'm not too sure about those levels of dosage. Sounds kinda high, but I"m used to looking at "girl levels" of dosing. Also make sure you are doing a LONG tapered cycle so you don't interrupt your own thyroid's functions.
 
I am getting ready to take T3 and clen with my next cycle, how are you cycling the t3? What are your dosages each day or week.

You need to take t3 with juice or you will loose muscle as well as fat.
 
the ramp up isn't as important as the ramp down. I hope you are taking something with it as it does eat muscle too.
 
I agree with everybody here.....I hope you have something to preserve your muscle, because if you start to lose muscle your metabolism will slow down and you will put on more fat in the long run....

with t 3 i lost more muscle than fat.

for me, dnp gives me bf loss that t3, clen or any eca combo ever did.

I can say with experience that yes you can lose some good muscle if you don't take the right percations. nothing worse than losing so quick what was so hard to gain
