t3 dose

Is it ok for women to run t3? Is there any side effects different from men? Can women run the same dose of t3 as men? if not whats a normal dose?

If by "ok" you mean running an extremely catabolic compound which melts LBM faster than you could possibly imagine...then the answer is "yes".

Stay away from it.

Unless you are sub 12% BF and training for a show(and running AAS) then T3 is the dumbest idea in the history of dumb ideas........

LOL @ Shadow

As he stated it needs to be run with a steriod as it is so catabolic. Also from my experience low doses are very effective 25-50 mcg is more then enough. I have never ramped it above 50mcg. I am a lot leaner this go around at 8 weeks out then I was last time around.

Ignore my advice all you want......but when you drop 8-10 pounds of LBM while on the T3, and then wonder why you are gaining fat while eating the same number of pre-T3 calories after you come off - refer back to my post.

BUT, also keep in mind you are taking other things that can alter the affect of T3. Someone reading this post might think that T3 is THE reason for you being leaner this time - it *might* be ONE component of your arsenal of supps, diet and training. I know you DID say to run it with a steroid, but it is not totally clear to people who aren't "in the know" - lol.

Don't run T3 alone - you will only be disappointed.

LOL yes that is what I was getting at sorry I didn't make it clear. As Shadow stated it needs to be run with a steriod and one of the prime reason I am running it is I am also running GH too which it suppose to supress natural t3 levels to a degree hence adding it in. At this point with me it would be the mix of compounds that is doing it and not one signular thing like the T3.

Also just to pursue the question of what is the goal of taking t3 -- if for "fat loss" I'd really recommend exploring optimizing diet, cardio & training first. Not to steer you from goign into the t3 use, but simply because you are trying to do a hormone manipulation for something that can be achieved much more accurately and maintainably w/ diet & training -- those are the basis for anything & any supps taken for 'fat loss' are only going to work as supplements if the diet & training aren't already achieving the goals you are after.
