Hey guys, i have a problem with symetry in that everything on the right side is larger than left, especially in the pecs and bis. I know what your thinking use dumbells.. the thing is i have been using dumbells since i started ive only used barbells for a month at the most. I am 5'7 1/2 165 lbs about 12% bf, its like i dont feel it as good in the left side especially with bi excersises. Say for skullcrushers with tris, ill always feel more of a burn in the right arm than left. Currently for chest im doing
inclinedb 3 sets
flat db 2 sets
dips 2 sets
cable crossover 2 sets
(shitty version of a hammer strength or pec dec, both using just the left arm) 1-2 sets
now im wondering what i should be doing here, more reps, more sets etc. Same thing for calves traps, you guys get the point im trying to even out my physique, so its a real damper cause i want to get bigger but feel my right side will only continue to over power the left.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
