i disagree. i havent used his programs but my friends have (i've seen his bulking and cutting plans) and they are well planned and he allows for 1 month unlimited questions.

yeah, he said that he would return my money but that never happened...several people on t-mag...have reported the same problem....on anabolic review they delete every post that people have complaints

swole cat was a member of EF. He owns a Fitness Company and has a program designed by him.

As with any program, it works for some people and not for others.

Wow, I haven't seen this form of childish posting in a long time.. guess that's why I don't usualy post on this board

Let me guess, you are posting this from experience right? Not to mention that 99.9% (minus this one) of the posts I've seen about SC and his training/programs are positive.. but who I am. Oh wait, I'm on AR as a Vet and I see the positive feedback daily, along with another board I Mod at and a third board I Mod at... They don't just erase posts of negative feedback on AR either. They threads flaming people because they don't tolerate b.s. like this (which makes it nice).

I know that he knows his shit about diet and training and that's not because I know him personally, but I know him from the boards and I see the feedback of so many people who have had success through him. That's way more then I can say for you. SC has not been Owned, read the posts... You must feel like a real jackass right about now... I think you have Owned yourself with this dumbass thread you created.

I'm not one to usually get involved in these dumb threads started by haters who are jealous of another person's success, but when you start bashing someone like SC who has done so much for so many people, I don't want anyone to read this and think anything different then the fact that your genetics probably just suck and/or you didn't follow the program.
