Ok, I'm 23 and I started lifting when I was 16. At that age I was 170 pounds on a six foot frame. I've cycled twice for mass (Qv test, QV Boldenon, D-bol) and have managed the desired mass. I am now 282 pounds and very shapely thanks to good genetics, but I still have the soft look. The only vascularity I get is when I have a huge pump, usually while I am cycling. Now that I have decided to attempt to cut up, I seriously need some pointers on what to eat and how to shed the excess water underneath my skin, and to lose about 10 pounds. As big as my body is, my only problem area is my lower stomach where I could lose about 2 inches. I'm not fat, but this shit is bothering me and I'm sick of girls asking me "Your huge...but do you have a six pack?" I want to get lean....help me out.
