switching morning coffee

I am going to switch my morning coffee routine to a green tea routine. I prefer my tea sweet. Which is a better sweetener- honey or splenda? JCK

Splenda is but nothing is even better you should try green tea with mint I love it drink it hot or cold nothing else needed so yummy.

Stevia, which is a natural sugar.

It will be hard enough to switch to tea so I have to take baby steps. I love my morning coffee time. I am not much of a mint person in the morning. I don't like anything with "extreme flavor". It is probably the only time of the day that I am not tempted by sweets or other carbs. JCK

I've switched from coffe to green tea and its a bit challenging. My suggestion is to give yourself a week to do so. Let's say have a cup coffe on Monday, or whatever amount you have. On tuesday and wednesday have 1/2 the amount. Thursday and friday have decaf. Friday, green tea. It will be difficult anyway, but once you get used to it you will feel 100 times better then you did with coffe. Believe me!

I went from drinking a "pot" of coffee every day to green tea cold turkey!!
I suffer from migraines so my neurologist recommend that I quit. I did so on Halloween. Haven't looked back.
Green tea by itself is awesome. If I want a treat, I add lemon & stevia. It;s pretty tasty.
