Ok I had always read that doing Cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach is the best. Now i was doing this for a while, and yes I was seeing results. But i just didnt have the energy to really push my self in the morning. Now since I start up work on Mon I've been trying to get my schedule back to working time.So being that I have to leave my house around 600 for work I started doing my Cardio in the evening usually about an hour after a meal. Now one thing I can tell you is that I'm much more pumped up and alive in the evening.I mean I just feel I'm getting much more out of my workout in the evening than I was in the morning. So the point I'm getting at is cardio in the morning is not for everyone if you find it hard to get going in the morning try switchin it up to the evening or late afternoon, the results may better than you think.

no doubt that you will have more energy. I have done a few evening cardio session and I can push myself more w/o feeling too exhausted. However, that's because your blood glucose is high (and I am sure you know that) which is why you have more energy.

However, I don't think it is as efficient / effective (for fat burning) as doing with empty stomach in the morning.

That's my 2 cents.

Evening cardio might not be optimal for fat loss, but it sure is great for improving your endurance. I'm like a friggin zombie in the morning, but during the evening I feel as if I could give Lance Armstrong a run for his money.

The reason that a lot of people cannot push themselves in the morning is that they train on COMPLETELY EMPTY stomach WRONG!

The BRAIN needs some glucose too, to keep you fired up, that something most not be big or too glycemic, you don't wanna spike insuline, so:

- first take 350 ml water too hydrate your cells, this will help counteracting proteine breakdown when doing aerobics.
- wait 10 minutes
- take a stack2, halve an apple and some BCAA tablets
- wash this away with 150 ml water
- wait 15 minutes
- drink a small cop of coffee, get on your bike, do a warmup for 5-10 minutes and either do a bout of HIIT or 40 minutes enduro
- immediately eat some oatmeal and proteins after the workout, while it is speculated that you burn more fat if you don't eat for a couple of hours after aerobics, it is not recommended for bodybuilders as you also are more suspectible for muscle wasting.

On my heavy morning cardio Wednesdays, my stomach has a big glass of Skim milk and a scoop of Protein before I leave home.
Then, more water when I get to the gym just before hopping on the machine...
Milk gives me the Hydration and the Lactose.
Protein is just for insurance and a mental thing
After the cardio a big glass of water with Whey Isolate almost immediately after.
