poor people aren't being tested at all unless they end up in the ER almost dead

we don't have UK healthcare system bro. and no we aren't paying people 100% of their lost pay either. crazy huh? 'Merica! no they are sending everyone a check of $1200 which could take up to 5 months lol.

Also, what dose are you taking? You do not need to be dosing Sustanon 4x per week. 1-2 is plenty as it is mainly a long ester test.
