been clean for about two yrs, but about to leap back in.
got 20 amps of deca and 10 of sust.
all in or pyramid for best results???

Keep it steady... pyramiding has no purpose. Just do 500mg of sustanon and 300mg of deca.

I think you need twice as much test. Run it like this (assuming your deca is 200/mg/ml)

Week 1-10 500mg/test
Week 1-10 400mg/deca

Then run Jenetic's standard pct...its a sticky in the pct forum. Hope this helps.
