I eat Sushi 3-4 times per week (California rolls) and have started a new diet. To be honest, I really hate to give it up, but I wanted everyones thoughts on it. Thanks!

LOVE Sushi. Thats probably my favorite food. Rice and fish, you cant go wrong, its a winning combination.

Sweeet! I really couldnt find anything wrong with it, but had to ask.. Thanks!

Do you eat just the California rolls cause thats only crab meat right? You have to eat the real shit with just rice and fish on it, throw wasabi in the low sodium soy sauce and go to town

I love sushi! Just stay away from the sauce's on the specialty rolls. They're made with mayo or a ton of sugar. And the soft shell crab/shrimp tempura are great but fried. I just mack the nigiri tuna, albacore, salmon, snapper, etc. Damm, I'm hungary again.
