sus/deca/tren/adding dbol to cycle during week 5 ?

hello everyone i am new to this forum and just wanted to get some help as in what decision i should make on my cycle

here are my specs:

26, 5"7 180lbs (was 165 when i started) gained 15lbs

first cycle planning to run 12 weeks with pct after with clomid, hcg

weeks 1-4
500mg sus e/w
300 deca e/w
75mg trenbolone e/w

week 5-6

750mg sus e/w
400 deca e/w

week 7-8

750mg sus e/w
150mg tren e/w

week 9-12

750mg sus e/w
400mg deca e/w

and now i am debating to add on a 6 week supply(starting of week 5-11 of the cycle) of d bol at 20mg a day

is this a wise decision at all ? i know d bol is used to jump start a cycle but in the middle of cycle ? at week 5 ? i feel as though my pumps are not as good as they should be i have increased from a 110lb to 175lb flat bench press in last 5 weeks.

my diet is clean about 4 cal a day 7 meals lots or protien and carbs
8 hrs of sleep everynight

no signs of gyno so far, little itchy scalp, and night sweats

my goal is strength and size.

any pointer and opinions are very well appreciated

Way too much going on there for a first cycle.
Just use 500mg of test for 10-12wks.
 
I think @ 180 lbs you are on the right track. Over 1300mg's per week for a first run, good choices.

I also really like the Tren for 2 weeks (weeks 7-8) - that will be crazy insane yo.

kinda too late i am on week 5 already(big trouble now ?) , so i am trying to plan out the rest of the cycle to my best potential.

i am not prone to male pattern baldness but i am taking supplements

multi vitamin x2 per day
omega 3 6 9 x 2
vit c at 1500 mg
vit e 400 mg
milk thistle
saw pawmetto
liv 52
glutamine 20g a day
nioxin hair treatment everyday

and two proteins shakes a day= 112 g of protein (optimum nutrition)
and most importantly food, i eat very clean.

i am also planning to do two weeks on and two weeks off of clenbuterol for fat loss but not during the cycle after, so it wont interrupt my bulking time.
but should i do the clenbuterol after pct or during ? i do not want the bulking and cutting to cancel each other out it just wont make sense.

i hope i am making the right choices thanks in advance for all the members here willing to help a newbie out.

That cycle is horrible then.
You didn't take any time to plan that out.
 
Just to put you at ease since you seem a little worried, you'll be fine.
Next time take alot more time to think about what you're doing and do it right.
What does your diet consist of?

my diet consist of :

breakfast

8 am

protien shake optimum nutrition (56 gram protien)
oats
orange juice
toast (whole wheat)
steamed ham
banana
3 hard boiled eggs
multi vitamin

10 am

yougurt
orange
tuna
omega oil pill

1 pm lunch

steam chicken breast no skin soya sauce
white rice
asparagus
vit C

4pm snack

ham,cheese lettuce sandwich, little mayo (hehe cheat)
vit E

6pm

preworkout

strawberry, banana shake
hard boiled egg


8pm post workout shake

2 scoop 56g whey protien shake
10 gram glutamine
vit c

post workout meal

10 oz sirloin steak
boiled potatoe


11pm last meal

yougurt or cottage cheese

milk thistle pill
liv 52 pill

glass of milk

sometimes if still hungery i eat a bowl of oats

helps me drop the kids off at the pool easy in the morning haha!

workout consist of 5 times a week

individual muscle groups per day

including super set excercises and drop sets switch up time to time.

20 min cardio 5 times a week

but my main questions is it okay to start d bol at week 5 ? and end at 7?

with my current cycle ?
 
Were did you get the cycle ?
Idont think you need the dbol save it for a later
cycle .

i made up this cycle myself

the tren is injection and 1ml is equal to 75mg
