Here is the recipe you asked me aboot for homemade protein bars. When I made them, they didn't keep very well (didn't really stay together) but were friggin delicious. This may be b/c I skipped the honey since honey makes me want to vomit (bad drug-related honey incident). I also added some peanuts to them.

1 cup Natural peanut butter
8 tablespoons honey
1&1/4 cups whey protein powder
1 cup of uncooked oatmeal

Mix the pb and honey in a bowl, microwave on full for 80 secs. Add the rest and mix together (get your hands in man!!) can add raisins/nuts etc to taste. Smooth into 13x9 tray and leave for 20 mins. Cut into 10 to 12 equal bars and wrap and store in fridge!!

sounds delicious.........not sure i want that honey in there though....

so you didn't use honey and they still worked out? unflavored whey? or what?

Vanilla whey. They honestly tasted awesome, but I had to eat it with a spoon cause I assume the honey is what keeps them together.
