i know this is gonna sound weird but this diet is slowly working for me. im eating all day whenever the hell i want to eat but its low fat, moderate protien and super high in carbs......it is very slowly cutting b/f. i just weight train with minimal cardio.....now anybody know whats going on here?? i think i have insulin resistance, blood sugar is so high that insulin cant store as fat....

For most people however, a lower carb diet is most effective for sparing muscle mass but burning fat due to insulin. The reason that you are losing body fat is because you are burning more than what you take in...
