i visited nazareth last weekend and learned a lot. great guys, very knowledgable and strong as fuck.

last week was the first bench work out in the new gym. Its got great atmosphere and feels like home already , pounding music and strong filthy mother fuckers.

Im going to try my AV skills and video tape this weeks work out .
