I have been lifting (60 minutes 5 days a week after work) & training (30 minutes cardio/HIIT/Boxing every morning before work) since December. I am 48. 6'2". 225 pounds. I complete my first cycle of Test Prop. 6 weeks @ 200mg a week pinning EOD. I took 4 weeks off.
I am happy with the weight loss, muscle growth and strength.
My diet is about 1500 cal with 40% Proteins, 40% Carbs, and 20% Fats. I do trade off a lot of fats and carbs for protein depending how I feel.
I have on hand Test Cyp, Test Prop, Sust and Deca all in IM form. Plus Anastrozole pills.
I honestly have no problems eating more or less or whatever it takes. Or going to the gym more or less.
I am looking for advice on how use all of this to continue to drop body fat and see large muscle growth.
