Suggestion for Cyclist

I was referred to this forum from a cycling buddy. Basically what I am looking for is to increase my power, reduce recovery time and cut down on some body fat. Any suggestions? I have two in mind but seems impossible to find.

My Specs - 157 lbs
Body fat - 9.5% Goal of 7-8
Eat very well (6 meals a day) 60% carbs, 20% protein and 20% fat
Training approx 15-30 hours a week on the bike. Depends on training load for the week. Harder weeks is when I can use something to enhance recovery.
Current power (FTP 315 watts) looking to improve to 340 by end of year.

Hope some of you can help me reach my goals and I can contribute to your forums.
 
If I could get it I would. I actually sleep in Altitude Tent (9,000-10,000'), drink lots of water to keep kidneys clean and eat lots of iron rich foods to naturally boost my Hemo.
 
How about Andriol for recovering? If I can recover faster that would assist me in strength gains from more hard training and hours. Plus I prefer to not take injectable. Only oral for now.
 
anadrol would be a terrible choice for you, you said you wanted to lose body fat, Anadrol will get you super bloated, is very harsh on the liver and is more of a strength drug more used with power lifters were excess fat doesnt matter

Why?

I can understand why you wouldn't want to do quad or glut shots seeing as you're a cyclist. But there's plenty of options out there.
