This may sound silly, but in an attempt to keep my sugar cravings under control I have become completely addicted to sugar free kool-aid.
I don't particularly like diet sodas and when I tried the kool-aid I actually felt satisfied and like I didn't want to eat an entire package of cookie dough. However, I find that since it is sugar-free I have convinced myself that I can drink a ton of it.
My question is, how much is this going to affect my goals for fat loss and will it affect my ability to gain lean muscle mass? I don't really know anything about the effects of aspartame, etc on muscle. Any help would be appreciated.
Just an update-still doing Shadow Project-most amazing thing I have ever done for myself. Feel better and look better than I have in 10 years!
