i eat sugar free jello once a day and i've not felt bad effects but it does have aspartame so dont eat too much if u dont want the side effects but a little is ok i guess

Good thing I don't actually take in that much of it. Prob 2-3 times as week tops.

I eat sugar free jello every night hasn't thrown me out of ketosis. I find if I am training hard and lo carbing my body is more forgiving of aspartame.
the thing is sugar free jello/pudding mixes i believe has corn starches in it, which would be very detrimental to a keto type diet, but otherwise fine for the most part.-josh
