recanting your statement is a serious thing.. seeming confused and unreliable is something the prosecutor has to handle..

I won't recant. I wast thinking more along the lines of telling the prosecutor that I have a couple of kids and am concerned for their safety. I dint know what good it will do thou. I don't think the DA give a shit.

I must have. I posted from my phone. I just saw this one

I don't think he'll do anything, honestly. It's just more time off if work and a great big pain in my ass.

If she is worried about her family I can understand that.

I heard him break in, then she stared to scream. I heard what sounded like them fall on the ground, then she screamed for him to stop and not to rape her. She kept asking him what are you doing? Then she screamed that he was raping her. That's when my teenager flipped out. I was already calling 911. My son tried to go our the front door and I grabbed him. So he jumped on my bed (the attack was happening above my room) and he pounded as had as he could on the ceiling.

That's when the attack stopped. I heard the guy run down the stairs and I saw him running down the sidewalk.
