I'm pretty much stuck @ 178lbs @5"9' for my bulking period. I got less than 20 days left and can't gain anywhere past this 178. I'm all natural, and eat about 6-7 meals per day. Each consisting of mainly Chicken breast, Tuna, Red Meat (especially steak), lots of rice, Pasta, Vegtetables, Protein/glutamine/creatine/flax with very consistant training. I get up to 4500 calories a day if I'm lucky, but average around 4100, just to sum up my diet. Is there anything else I can do specifically during this period to gain some clean, bulk??? Please help.
