I have worked hard to lose a lot of fat on my body, went from 160 down to 130 so i look way better. i am a 5'2" female so any fat on my body looks 10x worse. anyway my body fat came down a lot in parts of my body like my butt and stomach/shoulders etc. but i still have too much for my liking around my thighs. help me get rid of that or do i need lipo?
