Stressed out by low carb - please help!

i gotta diet and program for u for situation like this haha . Breakfast lunch and dinner 2 cups of fat free cottage cheese , 3 snacks inbetween protein shakes 2 servings mixed with milk . as far as the cardio i do 2-3 hrs on a precor machine , ( the one that looks like ur kinda uphill sking a lil) 7 days a week , sometimes i do 90 mins mornin 1 hr at night or any other combo equaling to 2-3 hrs , i take zma and sum fiber at night ( i dunno if thats bad but i do it neways) . and after a couple days u notice a change after bout a week u feel everything getting titer . the most ive been able to last on this was 3 weeks , i almost died , haha but i looked pretty freakin shredded one i ate some carbs . :angel:
 
You can do it, but it depends on your ultimate goal. I've been on CKD less than 7 weeks and have lost 20 pounds. Obviously, I have lost some muscle. Probably too much.

My goal was to get down to a ridiculously low weight so that I can do a solid, clean bulking program. You may not want to sacrifice that muscle for your cruise.
 
i would be realistic about your goals and not do a crash diet, this in the long run will make you gain plenty if not all of your weight back.-Josh
