When i'm training on my rag I tend to get really weak, can't do the last set without more than usual of a struggle, can't run quite as fast, I guess the word is sluggish, i just feel gross when i workout rather than pumped like i usually do.
I get stronger right before my period them there is a huge drop off for like two days. If I take a day off that's when I do it. (I hate days off) But after the two day slump I'm back to normal, though I wish i could feel as charged as I do right before all the time. I also have a wild appetite for fatty foods (anyone else get that?)
