Hi guys
Just wondering, I've read somewhere that stretching your muscles frequently helps to increase sort of blood vessels and circulation in the area helping more blood travel through ect.. And obviously flexability as getting nice and deep for a squat ect. Was just wondering if any of this has any truth to it. And if so should I try to increase my flexibility because at the moment I rarely stretch and can't touch my toes, I'm probly one of the most unflexible people I know. Anyway any advice would be great.
