Just got out of a 5 year marriage where i Completely lost motivation and I was putting Fitness second and my family first. now that I'm divorced and my wife has full custody of the kids I can now focus on my fitness 100%
Looking to get some muscle mass with sarms this time
during my Hiatus I lost a lot of muscle. I’m down like 12 pounds. I went from like 184 pounds to 172 area. And i am 5’9’’ . 45 years old
Was looking to be aggressive with sarms
S23 10mgs a day
Rad140 15mgs a day
s4/andarine 50mgs a day
And then adding in 1 or 2 more sarms for best effects

1-12 S23 (ULTRABOLIC) 20 mg per day split doses…. 10 mg in the a.m. and 10 mg 10-12 hours later
