Stomach/Bowl Pains after Cardio

Hey board,
I have just started hitting my cardio & martial arts hard from about 5months off ... i was still training weight & plyometrics between. However im finding now that after hard sessions im getting some bowl / stomach pains ... like trapped wind , maybe irritated bowl from the movement? i used to get it now and again when i ran pro, anyone got any comments/ suggestions?

you said you started training after 5 months off hard. well, maybe your body isn't used to it yet. I mean it is, but you just forgot the feeling. I am thinking once you get back in the groove, you will be able to stomach the pains, or discomfort you are experiencing. do you eat right before you work out?

I just read an article about this. It is from the internal organs bouncing around. Take your time, warm up and eventually this should stop.
