Nothing about steroids or PED's is safe, it all has a risk and for women the risk is even higher. One person may be able to take large amounts of a steroid without side affects, while another will experience side affects at low almost ineffective doses.
Anavar should be your ticket to maintain a high degree of safety. 5-10 mg a day should help you see results. Take it though in half doses every 12 hours though. That means if you are going to take 5 mg of anavar you should take 2.5 mg when you wake up and 2.5 mg 12 hours later. Anavar has a 9 hour half life, so this is needed to keep levels up in the body. Personally 5 mg level is just a week or two to check to make sure you don't have any real side affects and then jump up to 10 mg where you will most likely notice the greatest strength gains.

Anavar is going to be a better choice for a female when it comes to potential side effects. In the end though, if you are just looking for better gym performance, just go with SARMs instead. No real need for steroids if you are not planning to compete.
