Ok, on most large sites, this question gets asked more than once. I found a great thread on CBB started by the admin there MP to resolve the issue once and for all. A link to that site is in my sig. I don't think it would be against the board rules as i am a platimum member and a canadian site like canadabodybuilding.com would not be in direct competition with a world site the size of elitefitness.com. It's an immensely smaller board and would remain that way just based on the amount of people in Canada
Ok so first, yes possession of steroids is TOTALLY LEGAL in Canada. Canadian steroids laws state this and I believe it is even on the RCMP's website.
Where it gets bad is here. Import, export is illegal. You will get charged with trafficking if caught. Same if you sell and buy. The charge is trafficking.
Now where it gets really bad is here. If you hold a large amount of aas or are "planning" to purchase or sell it and they can prove it, you will get charged with INTENT to traffic. This can be shown by all the charges that got placed in operation jellybean and illusion labs. (who's now serving a 3 year jail term).
And stuff like clomid, hgh, hcg, cialis, etc is prescription drugs. The charge is trafficking or intent to traffic as per AAS.
They don't have a hard as of yet for clomid arimidex etc, but they now have a hard on to catch ug labs and steroid dealers. Lot's of busts went down over the years in Canada. It may have something to do with the 2010 Olympics. But in a nutshell, that's what they laws are in Canada for the Canadian guys here who don't know. It's discussed much more in detail on the Canadian site but this info is what i came away with from all I read.
