sterilizing vials??

hey bro's, i have vials i have crimpers i've bottled my own before but they were sterlized elsewhere that cant do again... when i was in thialand it was easy every pharmacy had bottles of iso prop but now that i'm back home it aint like that

how else can i sterilize before i cap em??? like bakin em or hold em over a flame, just throwin ideas out there so hold the laughter.

well can someone please move my post, thanks bro. i dont wanna buy new vials if theres a simple way to make the ones i've got sterile, waste of cash.

autoclave if you got the cash if not just do a alcohol bath and bake.

do you have access to an autoclave?? If not,,,wash vials out well with some BA. LET DRY WELL!! Put in oven on 250 degrees for 30mins. Close as at home sterilizing as possible.

bro. heres what you do. take your vials and the rubber tops that you will be using.
take just enough ba to swish around in the vial with the rubber on top. take the rubber off with a pair of sterile hemostats and drain into resovoir or say a pyrex cup. place the rubber top back on the vial with the stats and insert an 18g pin into the rubber. place the vial or vials onto a baking tray. preheat your oven to 250 degrees. place the tray into the oven for about five minutes as to not heat the rubber too much.
the pin is to release gas from the vial. take out the tray. let cool.
this next step is to be done one vial at a time. remember leave the rubber on the vial until you are ready to place your liguid into the vial.

take a brand new ziplock bag. grab each vial and gently grab the plastic part of the pin and gently remove the rubber from the vial. place the rubber into the bag and remove it from the pin with the inside lining of the bag so that you do not make contact with the rubber.
after placing your liquid into your vial. use a pair of sterile hemostats, (continue dipping the hemo's in ba.), to retreave your rubber top from the bag and place it onto the vial. now crimp.
