I need some ideas on how to make yummy steaks. I am sure Needto of all people will have something to add! I am getting tired of chicken and want some beef ideas.

Throw some peppercorns on there. If you don't want to crack them yourself and make the sauce yourself, you can buy premade packets from McCormick's.

This one is a bit out there and deferent. Tell me how you like it.

3 tablespoons strong brewed coffee
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt

Whisk coffee, vinegar, oil, sugar, garlic, peppercorns and salt in a glass dish large enough for meat to lie flat. Add steak and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours

That 1 tablespoon of brown sugar is not going to amount to much bro. Most of it will get cooked off during cooking any way.

where the crap do you get all these recipes at gosh you could right bout 2-3 books over this stuff

haha that would be pretty cool i can just see me burning down the house trying to cook something complicated outa that book

well what if the book made it easy for you to understand what you are reading.
made cooking more simple to learn.

If you made a book about cooking bodybuilding food and making it taste good, I will buy it. You have my word. I'll even try to get my bodybuilding buddies to buy it.

Sounds good! I actually had a steak once years ago and coffee was used and it was very good! I imagine this will taste pretty darn good. Thanks!!

Oh and I am willing to try simple fast stuff too. I am a busy mom so sometimes dont have all the time in the world to prep food :)
