Stats

i have to call bullshit too... not because it isnt possible but because you would be like 1 in 1000000000000 that can do that at your age and weight.

i think the odds are even worse than that.... lots of guys work their ass off for years to get a double body weight squat/bench with proper training and good diets, and at 15 you have how many years of training??? not to mention you only weigh 135...meaning you probably don't eat enough to recover from lifts like this....not to mention you just HAVE to get on here to share your stats, and nothing else. come on bro, spend this time doing your homework instead of living a fantasy lifting life online.

Don't come on here and post then if you have no proof to back up your ridiculous claims. Some pictures up to beat off to? I haven't been 135lbs since 7th grade, why would that impress me??

well you seem to be astonished with my lifting abilities, so much that you call "BS"

this is a shitty board, guys cant even give props w/o being little dicks

Why would we give props to someone coming on with 10 posts talking about "i do this....i do that...." who cares? We're here to help each other, not brag about what we do... you don't lift those numbers at 15 and 135lbs, it's not possible, sorry.. but you just confirmed that all you posted for was to get "props"... a sign of low self esteem....just go lift, and don't worry about going from board to board posting fake stats tryin to get people to like you.

That comment right there throws the BULLSHIT flag about you having an "old account deleted"

15 yrs. old
5'6
135 pounds
6% bf
max bench= 265
ALL NATURALLLLL

lol sorry but i just had to tell someone about my progress

I love 130lb freshman who "bench 265" LOL. Maybe you do, but I know in real life in a real gym people start watching when I get up to 275 on the bench and I'm 230lbs...they must freak out when you do it

I want to get jacked wrist musckules... do I do more wrist curls and stabilization work to get a big bench like that?

It depends if you want size or strength. Training in the 3-5 range makes you fat, and training in the 8-12 range cuts you up and gives you that shaped and carved look. :jenscat  :theshadow :taco:

It's becoming a close second.

It can be an undisputed number one if we all put our current stats (plus .5 multiplied by 2) except bodyfat which the choices are as follows above 20% (12%).....10-15% (8%).....8% or lower (2%), .......followed by our goal stats in our signatures.

NO....if you don't eat it is better cause then you just grow the muscles only and you don't get teh fat. That's how you get that big ripped look.

I know a guy who was like 145 in 8th grade and benched 315. All he ate was Cap'n Crunch and whatever his mom cooked for dinner.

BTW, I'm 137.5, 6%BF and goals are to hit 165 w/ 5%BF and look like Brad Pitt. I'm using 2g. test/wk. plus equinox300, 38 capsules of ampXT/day, 2tabs/winstrol/day, Scivation NOX, and 3 bottles of something I stole from the vet when mom made me take my dog to the vet.

I doubt his claims also, however I have seen a COUPLE cases of rediculous strength. A few years back I was around 220-225 and had put up 405 for the first time only a month or so ago and some skinny 175 lbs (about 6'2") 19 year old had loaded 405 on the bench and asked me to spot him... I knew his father at the gym who was a competative PL and thought "this dumbass should know better... I better get ready to do some barbell rows here". The skinny kid not only lowered the bar to his chest, but paused for a one count, drive it off his chest, locked it out then did a second rep the same way. I almost shit myself. I would have thought the plates were fake or soemthign had I not trained at that gym another two months and watched this guy train. He was a monster on bench and overhead press, but pretty weak at anything for back or lower body. Weight to body ratio on someone tall with long arms, I don't think I've ever seen anyone come even close after that.

Your stack is totally wrong to look like Brad Pitt you noob. You will hold too much water. This is the offical Brad Pitt stack, diet and routine:

Stack:
300 mg of tren a day
300 mg oral winny a day
300 mg of anavar a day
1 gram eq every week
200 mcg of t3 a day
20 clens a day
12 iU hgh first thing int he morning
1 line of coke first thing in the morning, immediately before training and one mroe immediately after

Diet (average day)
3 bowls of either cherrios or fruitloops (in 2% milk...need to watch that fat intake)
1 bananna
1 bottle of vodka

Routine:
2 hours of cardio a day, 100 pushups, 100 crunches and for God's sake avoid all weight training as you do not want to get too "bulky".
