Well I would like to build muscle up again, been in the gym pushing hard for months but not seeing the results I want plus eating very healthy. I battle to lose fat even with hard cardio sessions and correct diet. Its time to take this to the next level. just very cautious as steroids can fck u up if taken incorrectly

You literally answered neither of my questions with that response, no stats, and you want to build some muscle but also loose fat? Yet you can't seem to attain either naturally?

Don't think your ready for AAS yet, set a plan, set a goal, get there on your own... Once you can do that, gear will give you the extra edge, they are not miracle oils... If your training and nutrition is off then you will not get results with or without steroids.

People make the mistake of wanting the quick easy way out, or the "crutch" of being enhanced because they feel like they aren't progressing anymore, when in reality it's purely that something is off with their diet or training regimine

Ok well my my post states clearly that I am a newby with taking STEROIDS so like some advice for beginners would be cool as you can be training for years and no jack about gear. I live in Africa half the crap I posted wont be in Africa and any professional assistance would be far and few in between. Well I thought this would be the place to get the extra advice my bad.

Calm down. We get a million people that ask for help but refuse to give stats. We ask because we refuse to help those younger use Roids. We help people the correct and safe way. So don't expect help if you can't list your stats.
