I am starting Clen today and as you can imagine, with all the info out there, it has been confusing. I am 36, Female and 55 pounds overweight. I do exercise and eat well, but my weight is very stubborn and hard to keep off if I don't stick to a very restrictive weight loss regimen.
I typically work out at 5 am and do 1 1/2 hrs HARD cardio and strength train, both 6 days a week.
After all the reading, etc. I have decided to take it post workout (45 min cardio + strength train) and after breakfast.
I am starting at 20mcg for this cycle and gradually increasing/decreasing. The next cycle will start at the typical 40mcg.
Anything I'm missing?
