Well hello guys, new to the forum here and from the amount of reading I have done this seems the most well documented with the best info. So ill get to it.
Stats.
Age:25
height: 5'7 1/2
Weight 201
BF%-16
Training: been training my entire life, started wrestling in elementary school, wrestled through college, been training with weights since 17-18, my dad was very strict not allowing me to touch weights until 17. My diet consist of high protein, mid carb, I want to get hard and cut again. I wrestled 157 in college and naturally weighed in at 180, Since last year I've put on 20 lbs of muscle just training and lifting. I have never touched a steriod as I wanted to wait and be smart about it. I like to think i have good genetics as both my parents are very muscular.
So you guys think I'm ready to hit the next level?
First cycle I would like to Run is Test E or P, 500mg a week for 10-12 weeks and thats all no stacking wtc for me., unsure of PCT as of now. Whats a good recommendation for a first PCT?
Pics are all of me relaxed no pump etc about a month ago. opinions and comments much appreciated. Thanks guys. AS far as a goal I'd like to get that hard and lean cut again. I had to starve myself and lost tons of muscle to make weight and i would liek to for once to it the right way, Im curious to see the new muscle Ive put on.

Below is a pic of me at weight at 159 pounds. I liked the look felt like ass. Id liek to somehow acheive this look again but healthier and more fuller.
