Started first cycle test cyp. Need advice with bf and using AI

Hey all, first post here. So a quick little bit bout myself. Im 37 year old male that has been pretty athletic for most of my life with quit a bit of nat lifting years ago. Ive been out of shape for the last few years and decided to make a change. About 3 months ago I weighed 227 lbs and since then ive cut down to around 198-200 or so. My diet is clean, very low carbs lots of protein. Fish, chicken, veggies and lots of water every day. I have a serious body builder budy who hooked me up on some test cyp. I just finished 4 week pin today(mon,thur).

I started out on 150/150mg to get my feet wet and see how it feels. So far I love it. Just starting to feel some good pumps and great energy. Libido isnt crazy high but when I get an erection its harder then its ever been. So now i feeling good about it I want to up the dose to 400mg week(200mg each pin) and I have a few questions I hope some can answer for me. Below is some stats first:

37 years old male
200lbs
5'11"
BF around 17%
Pretty clean diet(Around 1900 calories day, 300g protein,60-70 grams carbs a day max. Most of the time less.
Mainly eat 4 times day(protein shakes through out day as well as some raw almonds to snack on)
Morning- eggs
early afternoon- can of tuna
afernoon- can of tuna and small salad
dinner- Usually salmon or chicken, veggies and small salad.
Lifting 4-5 times week and cardio 2-3 times week all intense workouts
*Wanting to lose more bf and gain lean muscle. Want the cut/shredded look at some point

So my main questions are:
1- Was the jump fromm 300mg to 400mg week ok this early in cycle. Is that going to throw my blood levels off that much. Im trying to keep as consistent as I can with my blood levels.(getting bloods done in a few weeks)
2- With a higher bf Im assuming im at more risk to estro sides so Should I be taking adex now. I currently have no e sides. If so Im hearing .25 eod? I have liquid Anastrozole. I dont want to much bloating.
3- Any suggestions on my cycle or any comments?

Im open to all suggestions as Im just trying to better myself. Im working my ass off in the gym and on my diet. I really would like to be around 210 lbs with that shredded look. I just want to make sure im going somewhat in the right direction. Im trying aas to help speed things up, try it out as I always wanted to run a cycle, and its a nice increase in energy and libido in which I have been lacking the last few years.

Also I have liquid clomid for pct starting two weeks after last pin.

So what you all think?

you should not be running any sort of steroids at this point... beyond being at a higher rate of estrogen conversion, you are not in the right physical condition for steroids... you need to get your body fat down to at least the 13 range before you run anything... get yourself in the proper condition and do this right bro... you should start with a sarms triple stack to help get you where you need to be and then go from there... its a marathon, not a sprint and you should get yourself in the right position first... here is the stack The SARMS triple stack protocol

I understand but again im already into week 4 and want to follow through so any suggestions. Honestly I think my BF is over estimated. I mean crap, Im 5'11" barely 200lbs, look pretty good already build wise and my 36" waist pants are sagging now so maybe I was a little off on my bf. Maybe I should post a pic. Like I said maybe im fooling myself but I think im looking pretty decent right now. Hell my belly aint even there anymore just need to start tightening it up. My buddy who competes said I was down enough to start on test.
 
i would definitely add gw-501516 to your cycle and you definitely should be using an ai... aromasin at 12.5 mg eod...
 
If your body fat is around the 17% range I would suggest intermittent fasting using the 16-8 approach or at least doing a 24 hour fast once per week. This will help get your body fat into the acceptable range that Dylan suggested and the beauty is you will maintain your muscle and enhance the effects of everything you're taking right now. It will also help with what's called "insulin sensitivity" which is important seeing as insulin is the most anabolic hormone in the human body. Greater insulin sensitivity means that your body will process and use carbohydrates more efficiently and help put glycogen into the muscle and your liver. When you fast that's basically telling the maintenance mechanisms within your body to discard what needs to be repaired and/or regenerated. Think of fasting as metabolic housekeeping if that makes sense. If you need literature or advice feel free to ask dylan, rickrock or hurricane as they seem to be the most experienced and knowledgeable about this stuff. Anything worth doing is worth doing right and no sense in risking your health. Hope that your cycle goes well, sir.

Again I'm currently 4th week done 150 mg each on mon and thur. I want to get the most out of this but I wanna really keep e sides and bloat down.

Go ahead and bump it up to 400mg bro. You'll do just fine.
