did these today....i don't know if my lat pull is just a POS or what...but 30lbs felt sorta hard. I have to lean forward in order to get it going...is that ok?

I really don't think that the pull down abs do much for me... I like spread eagle sit ups as well as any other type of straight legged full ROM sit up...much better.
