I would like to heal up my body. I work in construction and I also try and weight train at least three or four times a week. My body definitely takes a beating. I get a lot of bruises and I get a lot of sore muscles and tendons. I'm looking to try TB-500 and BPC-157 together for healing properties. How much would you recommend of each? Should I go with 2mg, three times a week? Would that be good on both?
