24 Years Old, 6ft3", 220lbs, 10.5% BF
-385lbs Bench @ 1 Rep Max
-365lbs squat @ 4 Reps
-600lbs Deadlift @ 1 Rep Max
Cycle:
- 0.5ml x2 /week ST450 - Weeks 1 - 12
- 50mg winstrol ED - Weeks 2 - 10
- 3 x 10mg Anavar Tabs ED - Weeks 1 - 12
- Nolva 20mg ED Weeks 11 - 15
Diet:
- Have recently come off a massive weight loss/muscle building program and successfully lost 135lbs.
- Eat 8 clean meals everyday
- Having ASN's HP100 morning, post workout, and before bed
- BCAAs morning, during workout, immediately after workout, before bed.
Training:
-Have been doing weight training for a good 8 years usually 4 Days a week for the earlier years, now 6 Days a week + indoor soccer once a week + 4km run EOD.
-Workout changes every 4 weeks.
-Have got some big time aussie bodybuilders at local gym, so have gained some great knowledge on dieting and technique.
Aim:
- Gain some lean muscle mass.
- Looking for strength gains.
- Drop BF %
