SS LGD-4033 -- When is it shipping?

Hopefully one of the local SS reps knows the answer. Ordered a bottle of SS LGD-4033, which I guess is still presale since it hasn't shipped (order placed on sept. 18) although I have the tracking info. They're usually super fast with shipping. Anyone know when SS will start shipping the LGD?
