I did my personal best on squats today. 230lb for reps. I know thats not much but im getting there.

I'm going to go for 4 plate club in about 2 workouts. I'm at the 3 plate club and growing rapidly. i just started leg training 4 workouts ago regularly. That is my lift, it runs in my family to do good squats my brother squated 505 3 times at the time he was 17 about 195 and a mesomorph. I am tipping at 187 now and im an ecto meso. If i do this i will be a happy man.

right on muscledog. I was at 2 45's and a 25 on each side before I tried doing box squats. I started doing box squats recently but turns out I was going all the way parallel, so looks like I am at back at the drawing board again. 155 for 10 reps for box squats, pathetic lil ole me...

Thanks guys.....My upper body is strong but my lower body was chicken legs. I was the kind of guy that only worked his upper body. Now im trying to catch my legs up with the rest of me.

muscledog95_ I believe you can reach 300 this summer. just change up yourleg routine once in a whle and dont stress too much on just squats. do other leg exercises, such as lunges, box squats, front squats, hack squats, etc. remember, good diet, plenty of rest, and motivation, as well as determination, and you will get there.
