finally did squats again after a looooooong time (couldn't do them due to a nasty injury), god do i feel nauseous hehe. no squat rack either , so i had to make do with what i can clean and press above my head, which is not much (about 135 lbs)...but it felt good anyway! aahhh...i feel the blood rushing through my legs as i type this...kickass! ok i'm done babbling now

You know, i am tired of everyone telling me that they feel like vomitting after a leg workout. I don't understand it. I have only felt like vomitting once, and that was only cause i drank a whole lot of juice before a workout and didn't give myself enough time to absorb.

And its not that i don't work intensly. At least i feel like i do. I did sqauts last night, and today my legs are killing me. I assume the soreness means i worked hard, but yet, no vomitting. I do feel dizzy sometimes in the gym though, during squats, and out of breath. Sqauts are fantastic and brutal, but i just dont get sick!!!

What the hell? Either vomit is NOT a sign of intensity, or i just am not as intense as i thought i was.

i'm w/you 100%... i work legs hard and have never come close to even feeling nauseous... i've felt a little light headed, and had my heart racing, but never anything approaching queasiness...

The only time I have ever gotten nautious to the point where I felt like I was going to vomit was when myself and a buddy raced the 400m. We each did it individually, and I had already jogged 10 laps.... I felt like I had butterflies in my stomach, I was twitching and was VERY close to puking... I REALLY hated that feeling..
Closest ever while doing squats was after watching pumping iron, then going and doing 10 sets of 5 ATF squats.... I had to lie on the floor for a few minutes until I could see properly... NO puke feeling tho..

By the way, Congratulations on coming back to the wonderful world of squatting
