Recently I just found out I torn my meniscus in my left leg have to have surgery does anybody out there have any stories of when you can return to weight-bearing on the leg and also when the average time expectancy is to return back to full duty when he comes to work. The other question can testosterone thin out The Cartlidge between bones. Any supportive comments about recovery would help me a lot pretty stressed out about this simple procedure heard everything from 4 weeks to 8 weeks no work. I know at least I can use my upper body to work out. Any information would be appreciated I apologize for putting this in this forum thank you for your support and help I had a time

Most people will start to be able to do light weight bearing exercises 4 weeks after their surgery. You might be able to reduce that to 3 if you rest as much as possible and incorporate a good joint/ligament stack.

The best joint supplement stack you can put together is:
5 tablets n2joint rx from n2bm.com + 25mg ostarine from sarms1.com + 3-6g of a high quality fish oil per day

Ostarine - as compared to Anabolic Steroids - Evolutionary.org

This will actually help heal and repair your joints and ligaments, along with reducing pain and inflammation.

Testosterone will not thin out cartilage between bones. No issue there.
