Ok, on thursday I do Quads/delts, but do you think i will be way too worn out after doing quads(squats and box squats) to hit delts immediatly after? I was thinking maybe I can take like a 20 min break after quads then start delts or something? It's hard to give either of them there own day b/c right now my split looks like this
monday - chest
tuesday - off
wed. - bi/tri
thur - quad delts
fri - hams/back
i have martial arts on mondays and wedn, so i have to do my Legs sometime after that. Also i like to do my legs before my back, otherwise it hurts to squat b/c my lower back will still be sore from deadlifting. Ok, now time for input
