I'm looking to increase my training frequency per muscle group. Here's my old split. I have had no problem whatsoever with recovery here.
Day 1
Chest, tris
Day 2
Soulders, biceps
Day 3
Back, abs
Day 4
Legs, lower back
OFF
I know there is some overlap with tris, bis, etc. JUST THE WAY I WANTED IT for you squakers.
