Split for 6 days a week?

Hi,

Does anyone train 6x week ( i mean with one day OFF, very often Sunday i think :-D )? If yes, how Your split look like?
 
Push/pull/legs/push/pull/legs

Push1
Heavy chest moderate should tricep
Pull 1
Dl heavy
Hortizonal row
Vertical row
Legs. 1
Moderate squat

Then for secound the exercise switch from moderate to heavy or heavy to moderate.
 
Can't help you there. I only train four days a week. The body needs time to rest and heal. I think 6 days is excessive.

100% RIGHT ON @funkoman. I think the sweet spot is 4x a week and this would be confirmed by the MAC DADDY of periodization, William Kraemer who I saw speak recently and that was verbatim on what he said.

If you are looking to gain size or lose fat fast and can swing it time wise, 2 a day training 4x a week is where it's at. Just have to make sure your nutrition & supplementation is on point!
