Splenda Koolaid

Just tried this to see if it was even worthwhile.

1 cup splenda, 1 quart water, 1 pack unsweetened koolaid

I tend to avoid all sorts of liquid calories when dieting because they're an easy way to have too many (i.e. too much sugar), and this is an alternative just to have some flavor in my drinks with my meals. I wouldn't use it to replace normal water consumption, but a glass to keep me sane seems to work.

a glass???? Hell, I'm on a pitcher daily.....easily.....that or crystal light....no calories, carbs, etc.........perfecto!

I drink like 2 quarts of this a day. I only use 3/4 a cup of splenda though and 2 quarts of water. Otherwise it's too sweet for me. There are no carbs in the unsweetened kool-aid.

Unsweetened Kool-Aid DOES have carbs. I called the phone number on the back of the pack, and after a bit of "research" they told me about 15 carbs per package.

Sugar-free Kool Aid, does not.
