spicin up foods a little good or real bad?

I have a question about quaker instant oats (flavored kind) and the instant quaker oats that are bland as hell.

Would it really matter that much what kind you ate as long as you are following a diet? I mean adding a little flavor to things and complelety cutting out soda and training hard would outweigh spicin up your food a little right unless you are trying to do precontest and you need extremely low body fat levels right? And im not talkin about dippin your chicken breast in bbq sauce i mean adding light light maranade to it stuff like that.

My main question is about those oats tho but im at like 13%bf or so but im insterested in getting down to about 10 or so.

Is this feasable with what i posted?

Wasnt really sure how to ask this so i hope this is clear enough.

Theres several schools of thought on this. Some people will tell you that by using instant oates and quick cook rice etc, that the reason why they cook so fast is they are stripped of the majority of their nutriants etc and not as good for you as the regular stuff.

It all depends on your goals. Is a little sugar and fake flavoring going to prevent you from reaching your goals? In your case, I probably wouldn't worry about it much.

Thanks for the input. I was thinking I would eat dry chicken breasts with nothing on it and non instant oats and rice if I was goiing to be competing but since im not anytime soon im only aiming to get my bf down a little bit so i can maybe show some abs and some more muscle separation and what not.

Ive never dieted before but i wanna be able to bulk up in the winter and then shed some of the excess fats for the summer but i still wanna eat healthy i just use instant products for some of the stuff
