Speeding up recovery

i am coming off of a shoulder suregery and am wanting to speed the recovery process as much as possible i know in order to do this i need to increase collagen levels and was just wondering what effects IGF and GH have on this? Specifically IGF because it is more readily available....any input would be greatly appreciated!

Technically almost all steroids increase collagen synthesis to some degree, some more than others.

But just to give you one example here, hgh stacked with tb-500 and nutrobal.

Rest and recovery but mk2866 can help if you're looking for something. Truth is no matter what you take it's not going to make a huge difference in recovery time
