Is there anyone who can preform a video of the PL bench style... from different viewpoints? I am trying to show a friend, but hell... I only know what I have read and seen... I remember seeing one that Spatts did, but her shirt was loose and you couldn't see the arch in her back (unless you KNEW she was doing it)

Also, it'd be cool if you could SEE how the elbows are IN, and the grip on the bench... and the leg thrust... heh...

Don't want to come off all DEMANDING and all... my 24 Hour is a fucking stickler on videotaping/picture taking... not to mention everytime my roommate has snuck in with me to take photos he was hammered and made a scene! :)

COOL! :)

I don't do the leg thrust or arch in the back.
I just tuck my shoulders and lower to mid/upper abs, and use a 14inch grip, thumbs touching smooth area

So Spatts or BFold are better bets with a home gym and all :)

But my brother does have a Weider bench setup at home, so I could demo it on that, but as I said I don't do proper powerlifter stylee :D

Heh... the arch I use isn't super pronounced... it looks about like the arch I'll use on other exercises... except I'm on my back... basically... my ass is on the bench, and so are my scapulas and just below that...

Just something where I could actually SEE the different aspects of the lift... especially since I have to SHOW this to 3-4 people in Chicago when I get back... it'd be cool to show them THIS and me doing it in person... they can do homework at home too. :)

I think this would be a great idea. I'm currently doing my research before I go from a bodybuilding to a more powerlifting style of weight training and I know for a fact I'm not benching properly. I'm also more of a visual type of person and think this would help alot.

Either way I should thank all of you here and especially the powerlifting board for posting so much great info on WS etc. I may not post but I sure as hell read :D
